The location of Dip-In Car Wash at 712 Mamaroneck Avenue has been dedicated to servicing the Mamaroneck community for nearly 100 years. It was originally built as a fuel and auto repair facility in the 1920s. The current owner’s family purchased the location in 1958 and continued to offer gas and repair work. In the 1960s, there was tremendous innovation in conveyor car wash systems. Recognizing an opportunity to serve the Mamaroneck and surrounding communities in a new way, in 1976 the family converted Dip-In into a full-service car wash and has been operating it ever since. Dip-In Car Wash has continually upgraded its cleaning methods and equipment in step with modern conveyor car wash innovation, while always providing personalized and friendly service. Some of our employees have been with us for over 20 years.
